Our overall TSM (Tenant Satisfaction Measures) results have hit record highs in a number of key areas.

Overall Satisfaction

Overall satisfaction this increased to 85.3% for Low Cost Rented Accommodation – our best quarterly result on record and well above the 78.7% we recorded in 2024/25.

Repairs Satisfaction

Overall satisfaction has largely been driven by Repairs Satisfaction, which was up to 85.6%, compared with 80.3% in 2024/25.

Making a positive contribution to the neighbourhood

Satisfaction with making a positive contribution to the neighbourhood was 75.4% and again the best quarterly result we’ve seen (70.8% year to date and compared to 68.1% in 2024/25).

Complaints Handling

Treating tenants with fairness and respect

For Low-Cost Homeowners, overall satisfaction figure also hit a record level at 63.3% (61.5% year to date, and compared to 53.5% in 2024/25).
