What will we do?

Quality Services and Local Impact
We will remain focused on providing high quality and tenant-centric services, while strengthening our approach to local neighbourhood management by having greater frontline presence and impact in the local areas where we work. We will work with tenants, partners and statutory agencies to invest in local areas and work collaboratively to tackle tenant priorities.
To deliver tenant centred services, we also need to take the time to understand how we can support tenants and tailor services according to their need, and deal with our tenants professionally, with fairness and respect.
What will we do?
- We will develop our approach to locality and work with statutory partners to ensure we are visible and understand tenant priorities.
- We will deliver landlord services that respond to tenant need and are flexible and tenant-focused.
- We will seek to establish digital as a trusted core tenant service offer that allows for ease of access, transparency and the ability to transact on a 24-7 basis.
- We will execute a much more localised tenant communications plan.
- We will seek to provide positive on the ground assurance by visiting each home through home checker within 18 months.
- We really want to know our tenants and use data to drive tenant insights for both strategic decision making and day to day delivery.
